Manage Team Members
Add other property managers or staff to your organization so they can help manage properties. Team members can access the dashboard and perform actions based on their assigned role.
What you'll need
- Organization manager role (only org managers can add team members)
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Organization Manager | Full access to all properties and settings. Can add/remove team members. |
| Property Manager | Access to assigned properties. Can manage residents, invoices, requests, violations, and ARC. |
Adding a Team Member
1. Go to Organization Settings
Click your organization name in the sidebar, then select Members (or navigate to the organization members page).
2. Click "Invite Member"
Click the Invite Member button.
3. Enter their details
Provide:
- Email address — They will receive an invitation to join your organization
- Role — Select Organization Manager or Property Manager
- Properties (for Property Managers) — Choose which properties they can access
4. Send the invitation
Click Send Invitation. The team member will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
Managing Existing Team Members
From the members list, you can:
- Change role — Update a member's role
- Update property access — Change which properties a property manager can access
- Remove — Remove a team member from your organization
warning
Removing a team member revokes their access immediately. They will no longer be able to log in to the dashboard for your organization.
Troubleshooting
The invitation email wasn't received
- Verify the email address is correct
- Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
- Try resending the invitation
A team member can't access a property
- Check their role — Property Managers only see properties they've been assigned to
- Verify they have been assigned to the specific property
I need to transfer ownership
- Organization Manager is the highest role. If you need to transfer ownership, promote the new person to Organization Manager and they can manage the organization going forward.
