Owner Overview
Welcome to the Propty help center for property owners. Whether you own a condo unit or serve on the HOA board, Propty gives you everything you need to stay on top of your property — from paying assessments to reviewing community finances.
What You Can Do in Propty
As an owner, you have access to the resident portal for managing your own unit. If you also serve on the board, you may have access to the management dashboard for broader property oversight.
Resident Portal (All Owners)
The resident portal is your personal hub for everything related to your unit:

| Assessments & Invoices | View your HOA dues, special assessments, and due dates |
| Payments | Pay invoices online by card or bank transfer, or set up autopay |
| Notices | Read announcements from management — meetings, maintenance schedules, policy changes |
| Requests | Submit and track maintenance requests for your unit or common areas |
| ARC Requests | Submit architectural review requests for exterior modifications |
| Account | View your balance, payment history, and contact information |
Management Dashboard (Board Members)
If you serve on the board, your property manager may grant you access to the management dashboard. From there you can:
- View financial reports and aging summaries
- Review invoices across all units
- Monitor community-wide maintenance requests
- Access compliance and ARC review tools
Your portal is for your own unit — paying your dues, checking your balance, submitting requests. The dashboard is for board duties — reviewing property finances and operations. You can switch between them from the navigation menu.
