Welcome to the Propty resident portal. This is your one-stop hub for managing your home — pay invoices, track maintenance requests, read important notices from management, and keep your account up to date.

Before you begin

You'll need an invitation from your property manager to access the portal. If you haven't received one, contact your property manager and ask them to send you a portal invitation.

How to Access the Portal

Go to app.propty.io/portal/login in your web browser, enter your email address, and click the login link sent to your inbox. No password required — Propty uses a secure magic link system.

Tip: Bookmark app.propty.io in your browser so you can quickly get to the portal anytime.

The portal works on any device — desktop computer, tablet, or phone. There's no app to download; just use your web browser.

Getting Help

If you run into any issues:
