Propty is a web application that works in modern web browsers. If you experience display issues, slow performance, or features not working, check that your browser is supported and up to date.

Propty does not support Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer, please switch to one of the browsers listed above.
Mobile Browsers
Propty works on mobile browsers including:
- Safari on iPhone and iPad
- Chrome on Android devices
The portal is designed to be mobile-friendly, with responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Common Browser Issues
Pages look broken or don't load
- Update your browser — Make sure you are running the latest version
- Clear your cache — Old cached files can cause display issues:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy > Clear Data
- Safari: Safari menu > Clear History
- Disable browser extensions — Ad blockers or privacy extensions may interfere with Propty. Try disabling them temporarily.
Features don't work (buttons, dropdowns, forms)
- Enable JavaScript — Propty requires JavaScript to function. Make sure it is not disabled in your browser settings.
- Disable extensions — Try opening Propty in a private/incognito window (extensions are usually disabled by default).
- Try a different browser — If the issue persists, try one of the other supported browsers.
The page loads slowly
- Check your internet connection — Run a speed test to verify your connection is working properly.
- Close unnecessary tabs — Too many open tabs can slow down browser performance.
- Clear your browser cache — A full cache can slow page loads.
File downloads don't start
- Check your browser's download settings — Make sure downloads are not being blocked.
- Check pop-up blockers — Some downloads open in a new tab. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for app.propty.io.
- Try right-clicking — Right-click the download link and select "Save link as..."
Print or PDF issues
- Use Chrome for the best print experience.
- When printing, use the browser's print function (Ctrl+P or Cmd+P).
- For PDF generation, Chrome typically produces the cleanest results.
Recommended Settings
For the best experience with Propty:
- Enable cookies — Required for login sessions
- Enable JavaScript — Required for all features
- Allow pop-ups from app.propty.io — Some features (like document downloads) may open new tabs
- Keep your browser updated — Enable automatic updates when possible
Troubleshooting
I can't log in at all
- Make sure cookies are enabled for app.propty.io
- Try a private/incognito window
- Clear cookies for the site and try again

The site looks different than expected
- Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
- Clear your browser cache
- Check if your browser zoom is set to 100%
